Online vendor registration opens April 1, 2026 and closes May 31, 2026.​ (Paper Registration available upon request)

Vendor Info

The 72nd Annual Billings Mexican Fiesta invites vendors to join us at South Park on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Below is your guide to registration, setup, and day-of expectations.​

Vendor Arrival Guide

Arrival Time (day of event)

  • Food vendors: Arrive between 5:30am and 7:30am
  • All other vendors (craft, retail, nonprofit, public service, etc.): Arrive starting at 7:30am
  • All vendors MUST be checked in by 8:00am
  • All vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area by 8:30am (see map)

Entrance

  • Use the north entrance of South Park by the old Our Lady of Guadalupe building (see map)
  • Event volunteers will greet you, help you find your booth space, and provide one parking pass per vendor space
  • A vendor plot map will be emailed to all vendors on the afternoon of July 17th.

Booth Location & Setup

  • Booths will be numbered and spray painted on the ground, with small flags to help find your space.
  • Standard vendor booth size is 10ft x 10ft (you may purchase additional 10x10 spaces)
  • Food truck spaces are approximately 10ft x 30ft.
  • The Fiesta does not provide shade, tables, chairs, water, power, or other utilities.
  • Canopies and tents must be properly weighed down; no tent stakes are allowed per Parks Department guidelines.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Vendors receive one parking pass per purchased space (for example, two booth spaces = two passes).
  • Any vehicle parked in the vendor lot without a vendor parking permit WILL be towed at the owner's expense. Parking attendant will be onsite for assistance.
  • Vendor parking will be clearly marked on the event map.

Breakdown

  • Vehicles may not be brought back into vendor spaces until after 3:30pm.
  • All vendor trash must be placed in proper receptacles or taken with you when you leave.

Booth Fees

Standard booth size: 10 ft x 10 ft

  • Handmade Craft: $35
  • Retail/Commercial: $50
  • Food Trucks (approx. 10 ft x 30 ft): $175​

Food Vendor Requirements

FOOD VENDORS must:

  • Provide a certificate of insurance with at least $1 million in general liability coverage, naming Mary Queen of Peace as an "Additional Insured."
  • Be registered and certified in compliance with RiverStone Health temporary food vendor requirements.

Event Standards

This is a family-friendly, church-hosted event. Please do not sell or display products with drug-related, graphic, or social/political content. Non-compliant vendors will be asked to leave. All booths must remain non-partisan. 

Security will be onsite to help ensure everyone's safety.
